For your first appointment please bring your ID, insurance card and any medical records you have with the list of medications you take. It might be a good idea to bring the bottles with your medications so we could verify them.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Dmitry Albin, MD is board certified in Internal Medicine and has more than 25 years of experience in medical field in various settings (hospital medicine and ambulatory care).

Dr. Albin graduated from St. Mary`s Hospital Internal Medicine Residency Program in Waterbury, CT affiliated with Yale School of Medicine.

Dr. Albin`s philosophy of care is engagement of patients into their own care. Education of patients is a priority as better understanding of medical problems by patients leads to better outcomes. Another priority is communication and easy access. As soon as you become our patient, we`ll help sign you up on the Patient Portal where you`ll be able to connect with Dr. Albin and our support staff.

Dr. Albin`s special area of professional interest is treatment of metabolic diseases including diabetes and thyroid problems. He is very interested in holistic methods of care in order not only to prevent diseases but also help treat the root cause of any illness in the most natural and safest way possible.

Dr. Albin is certified to perform DOT physical exams.
